errors = 9 (human input)
% of errors = (auto Calc)

Basically it is 9 divided by 575 then multiplied by 100

Or if the above was just in column A, then in cell A3 you would put

=A2/A1*100


Set the cell formatting to percentage to get the percent (%) sign
