Question : windows 2008 and Backupexec

I will install BACKUP machine.I plan to use windows 2008 r2 and Symantec Backup Exec für Windows Server.
I plan to install windows 2008 r2 server with Raid 5 - 20tb and tape backup.
any good advices before starting installation.?
