Question : First record in subReport prints twice in MS Access Report

Please ref. attached database. I have main 3 reports, rptForm11/22/33. Each of the 3 reports has the same subReport 'subRptFindingsTemp'. The source of subRptFindingsTemp is a table that I populate everytime any of the main reports are generated. Everything works great, however, whenever I print any of the 3 main reports, the 1st record on the SUBREPORT (subRptFindingsTemp), prints twice. There are only 6 records in the source table of the subReport, and if you generate or pull up the subReport by itself (i.e., without calling generating the MainReport/s), the subReport printgs CORRECTLY, i.e., the expected 6 records. But when the subReport prints as part of the Main Report, it prints the 1st record twice. This is baffling. There is no Parent or Child Link or connection between the two reports, my client just wants everything printed in 1 report. Please help!
