Question : TLS Certificate Name in Exchange 2003

I am setting up TLS on our Exchange 2003 Server and have found lots of good information on this site and others about how to do it.  The one thing (so far) I haven't found is what do I name my TLS certificate?  There is already an SSL cert on the server for OWA called mail.mydomain.com so I will have to choose something else.  Thank you

You already have a valid SSL certificate installed?  You should not need another certificate...
