Question : Working with the fopen() function in PHP
How do I get the fopen() function to work in PHP? w3schools gives you all the code, but when I put it in a php page it returns nothing. And how would it work anyway? What would it do differently from just using a hyperlink or a button?
If you can show me a few fully working examples of the stuff here, that would be great:

I think the proplem here is in the account itself so
1- use ( User Settings Transfer Wizard ) to backup settings and save the file on any partitions except the system partition
2- delete Bob Account then recreate it with the same attributes
3- use user files and settings transfer wizard to restore the user settings and files
that should work for you
