Question : How to clean up all my web history and remember password in Firefox and IE?

Hi, I'm leaving my current job.  I want to make sure that all past history, temp web files, and any userid or password are remove from my PC here.  I delete all the history in FireFox and IE but is that enough?  Aren't there a directory that has all the temp web site file that I also need to clean up?  And how do I make sure that all my userid and password information to different web sites are removed?  Thank you.
I'm using FF 3.6.6 and IE 7.0 and windows xp sp3

The most of the temporary files are stored

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings

in Subfolders for

History
Temp
Temporary Internet Files


Check up also

C:\Windows\Temp


But the most "interesting" for the others are Your photos!

Look up all PC for *.jpg, *.jpeg, etc files to clean it up!
