Question : Some contacts not syncing with blackberry

Hi Experts,
I have a customer the I just installed BES Express on a SBS 2008 Box. All seems to be working well except some of his contacts will not sync from outlook to blackberry wireless. He has about 800 contacts and he has noted that most of them are updating and some of them are not.

Answer : Some contacts not syncing with blackberry

This could possibly be an issue. I am not 100% sure but I do know that if there are blank contacts this will definitlyeffect the sync process. I would create a new contact list with a few random contacts and test to  see with the same contact layout and see if it syncs. This will be an easy way to verify if it is working.
