Question : File Lock Problem

We are trying to delete two files on our file but the server is saying the file is locked by another process.  We checked the files that are currently open on the computer managament files open window but the files we are trying to delete are not listed.  Is there a program out there that we can load to tell us which process is locking this file?

Answer : File Lock Problem

1) have you done a server reboot.

2) Clear Internet cache

if this fails, start rolling back the fixes added on Wednesday until it works again.
