Question : Server 2003 SP2 in NT Domain

I have a Server 2003 SP2 Dell machine that has been part of our domain for quite some time.   Today the "C:\" drive got down to 300mg of space left of which I am not sure.   I rebooted the server, which also installed some updates.

Now when it comes up I receive an error message saying it could not reconnect all the network drives.   I have an EventID5719.
This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain controller in domain NEWCO due to the following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this computer is connected to the network. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.

I also saw one that said The RPC server is unavailable.

If I try to go through My Network Places it will not allow me onto the network.  There is connection and I can ping devices successfully.   I have rebooted the server and receive the same issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Answer : Server 2003 SP2 in NT Domain

you can create an ini file and use parse_ini_file() to read the data, where each file would have its own section within the ini file:
http://php.net/manual/en/function.parse-ini-file.php

Other than that you can also create an xml file and use SimpleXML to process the file:
