Question : New email accounts don't show up in Global List
When I create a new user's email they do not show up in the Global List. They show up in the All Users list but not the global list. I have tried the cmdlet command to update the list but that did not work. Any help will be appreciated? I am using exchange server 2007.

Is Outlook in cached mode on the computer you're checking the GAL from?
Also what version(s) of Outlook are you checking from?
