Question : Windows 7 with 2000 Domain

Hey guys,

I have a very small client (2.5 users).  They have an old Windows 2000 Server Domain Controller.  Currently they all have XP but considering going with Windows 7.  Would Windows 7 work with 2000 Domain?  Otherwise I will consider going clouds for file sharing etc.

Please advice.
