Question : Group policy modifications in Windows Server 2008
I want to add a group policy that allows users to re-boot the system if necessary. I do not want to have to make them an administrator, but do want them to be able to re-boot or re-start. Please advise on how to do this in Windows 2008. Thanks.

Oh, also --
apply it to the appropriate OU with the right servers in it, or domain wide -- whichever fits.
