Question : outlook 2003 - pop3 email keep crashing

One user has a pop3 account and he left all copy of emails on server. The pop3 account suddenly crash, it show this message (in screenshot). I have tried the following already:

Created a new profile and try to download all email back, but it crashed before it finishes downloading back all emails. Total size of the emails are 512 MB. Is there any way that I can still leave all emails on the server and avoid the message?

If Office SP3 is not installed , install it
