Question : Unable to move tasks from one folder to another

I have run into a problem where a user cannot move old archived task into a new folder. When you attempt to move them  the folder structure shows that they have been moved, but they do not appear in the new folder. And the grouping within Outlook has not changed. Is there an easy answer to this?

Please create a new outlook profile for the affected user.
