Question : Enable Ping on Sonicwall 3060

Hi there
We have a SonicWall Pro 3060 with OS SonicOS Enhanced 4.0.0.5-1e
I need to enable pinging to one of our own external IP addesses from 2 external addresses from a 3rd party for troubleshooting. I can't see how to do this. Please can someone point me in the right direction.

Answer : Enable Ping on Sonicwall 3060

In Windows 2000 when youare logged on as an administrator or member of the admin group and you drag the icon from the menu, W2k "presumes" that you are doing a "move" and not a create shortcut. To restore your app to the menu
1. right click on the START
2. go to either properties or settings
3. select start menu
4. locate your application and double click on it.
