Question : downloading older inbox emails in a BES system after a recent wipe

I wiped and reactivated a user's phone on my BES Express 5.01 system.  I did the enterprise activation, and things are working normally.  However, the only emails that seem to have come into the phone are emails since the activation.  Emails older than the wipe are in the inbox, but not on the BB.

I remember some command like "get 100" or something similar to download those emails.  Can someone remind me how to get the BB to retrieve the rest of the inbox?
