Question : Populate table with dates stored as integers

How can I achieve what was done in the related question if the dates are stored as integers ie yyyymmdd?
Also I want to omit weekends.

MS requirements for SC ConfigMgr and OpsMgr are listed here:

I would just make sure the server at a minimum achieves the listed requirements for both - obviously considering the disk space for ConfigMgr packages and/or OpsMgr specific file/logs.
