Question : Store form data in Sharepoint

I have created a form in Infopath for our Sharepoint site. I want the information that is submitted to be stored in like an excel sheet on the site that can only be opened by certain people. I also want all of this to be anonymous. It is an anonymous comments area for our employees. I am open to any suggestions if this is not possible. Thanks.
