Question : autorun virus or maleware

Whenever i am plugging my pendrive into the laptop.
it create autorun file .

In general I just turn off autorun (see attached file for XP).  You can also use USB-set (http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/index.php?autocom=downloads&showfile=378) and Flash Disinfector (http://www.myantispyware.com/2009/01/08/flash-disinfector-free-autoruninf-trojans-removal-tool/)
