Question : How to remove Subaru Crankshaft and Camshaft sensor plugs?  Just pull?

I'm trying to check the resistance of these two sensors and can't get the plugs off to open the circuits.  I don't see tabs to depress, and don't want to pull too hard with pliers.  It's a '95 Legacy Outback, 2.2 L engine.

you have to put the proxy server IP or name your usnig on your windows pcs on the proxy field of your mac internet browser if your using safari go to safari in the tab menu on top of your desktop then preferences -> advanced-> proxies -> change settings -> manually-> choose ftp and http and https proxies and put the ip address here with the specified port and your done.
