Question : Facing Latency in Receiving Emails from US Customer

Hi,
I am facing latency or delay in receiving emails from elmst.com to integra-india.com. Most of the time my email got delayed for 3 hours. Is there any problem in my email server and help us to resolve the problem

Hello Subramanian,

Try to get the headers of any of the email which was received from elmst.com and check it thoroughly. It would let us know when the email was sent and what path does it follow and where it took time.

You could also post the headers in here by removing the information you wanted.

Also try this header analyzer, this could also help:

Probably then we would be able to determine what is causing the issue.
