Question : certificatge errors in windows 7 ie8

I get certificate errors on web based apps and sites when using IE8.  Any ideas?  I tried installing certificates but they dont seem to install when I go to check.  Only thing that has changed on this laptop was the lcd was replaced and base enclosure was changed.

Turns out cmos battery was unplugged and date was way off problem fixed
