Question : 1628 Failed to complete installation - Simply Accounting

I'm trying to install and update for Simply Accounting by Sage on Enterprise 2010 and get an error
1628: failed to complete installation

Found a few article but no solution. Any ideas?

I recommend you uninstall the framework and install it again
