Question : Manual Update of WSUS Data Files

I have a site with no access to the internet. It is a basic LAN with two W2003 and 30 Win XP Pro Workstations.
I was hoping to install WSUS on one of the servers to manage updates that are authorized by my internal group for deployment. However, if I understand correctly WSUS requires an Internet connection for the repository of updates.
Is there a way for me to manually store updates on the WSUS that will be installed on the Win XP machines?
