Question : A user is seeing a long delay in previewing emails with attachments in Office 2007.

A single user on a small network is seeing an excessive delay when trying to preview emails. This may be occuring on all emails, but is very noticable when viewing emails with attachments.
 
Some noticable points that may / may not help:
 
1. The problem only occurs with a single user.
2. The problem occurs if the user moves to a new workstation.
3. Once the email has been viewed once, the delay no longer occurs (for that email message).
4. The user has had his outlook profile deleted locally and a new local mailbox has been rebuilt.

I'm more than happy to investigate any possibilities further, just post your questions!

Not been able to find the .iso file on the Acer site but there is an FTP download of it here (209MB)

Burn the image to CD then boot to it and it should carry out the preformatting of the new drive ready for the restore disks.

Assume as usual Acer haven't supplied any instructions at all ...?
