Question : Locked out of my own server

I followed these instructions:

And now I'm locked out of my own server.  I still have an ssh session running so I can make changes that the experts suggest.  Please help

I figured out how to access the appDelegate in which I store the method to switch tabs and call them from my ViewController. Thanks for the advice but this seemed cleaner and easier.
