Question : iphone cannot sync calendar with exchange server

I have an iPhone 3GS with all the latest firmware updates, that is having problems syncing with my hosted exchange server.  It will sync the email very well, but the calendar will not sync.  I am hoping it could sync through the 3g network, rather than plugging it in, while outlook is open, however if that was necessary, I would do that.  Is there anything I could do to possibly get it to sync with the hosted outloook exchange server.

Have you tested contacts?  If your email and contacts are working, try deleting the acct on the phone and recreating it. Also, can you view calendar in OWA?
