Question : restore unmounted hard drive

When I went to do a "dskchk /r" on my second hard drive, D:, it asked me if I wanted to unmount the drive.
Said OK and now I can't open it, access denied.
Windows 7 on Primary C.

I've got a load of data on it so I don't want to format.
