Question : Cisco ME 6500 Ios update

Hi, I need help ,(exactly instructions),  how to load new IOS to Cisco ME 6500 Switch?
I didn't have experience in Cisco...
I have the bin File of the IOs,
I can log in to the switch via hyper terminal, what should I do next ?
