Question : am i using wireless "N"

hi,

my dell laptop  has a dell wireless 1397 WLAN mini-card.

my router has a dual band 2.4 and 5 mhz broadcast...netgear WNDR3700.
i gave each of the the two bands a different name.   if my laptop can only see one network... and it is not hte name of the 5 mhz band, am i using wireless N.  how can i confirm.
coul dmy router be broadcasting N  on both bands?
my daughters apple sees both networks.

when buying new dell products... there are chocices for adapters... will some see some, and not others... and will others see all broadcasts?

I agree.  If that is not the case for some reason, you can use a formula like this to display the detail percents and calculate the total

Global NumberVar TotalPercent;
Local NumberVar ThisPercent;

TotalPercent := TotalPercent + ThisPercent ;
