Question : Page Not Found

i am using windows 2003
asp.net v2.0

i just created a site and when i go domain.com/anypage.html it loads fine

but when there is an aspx page it says page not found

the page is in the directory, the same one as the hhtml pages, but it still gives me the message

Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.

Answer : Page Not Found

Check Web Service Extensions to ensure asp.net v2.0 are set to allow instead of deny.
