problem was infected file- mousclass.sys
booted into bart and replaced file with fresh one, problem solved.
And yes, I already tried different keyboard/mice, no ps/2 ports on mb, used usb ports in back on mb.
They didn't work in safemode either, so reinstalling drivers was not possible.
