Question : SSRS: Cannot create connection after every publish

Experts,
I want to Permantly fix this... Every time I publish my report in SSRS, I get this error:

An error has occurred during report processing.
Cannot create a connection to data source 'ReportDB'.
For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors

To fix I have to go to Properties of the Report and Re-enter DATA SOURCE, Credentials stored securely in the report server username and pw.

Check the properties of the solution in BIDS.

There is a setting called "OverwriteDataSources ".  Check to see that it is "False".  

If it is TRUE, it will overwrite the datasources on the report server and you will have to re-do the credentials.  Whereas, fasle will leave the one that is on the report server alone.
