Question : Active Directory DNS  records issue

I changed the IP address scheme of my servers at our data center. We have a 2003 domain currently. I was looking at DNS and checking the records under Forward Lookup Zones.
I went to _msdcs\gc and there are 3 records there plus a few more folders. They all say "same as Parent". They are A records and they have the old IP scheme. Shouldn't this have the A record of the current DC/GC here? There  are currently 2 DC's in this domain and 1 of them is a GC.

Answer : Active Directory DNS  records issue

Sorry, busy day.

Ignore it. The tests should not be executing against Root Hints servers, there's nothing at all you could do to fix errors there. Later versions of DCDiag will avoid those tests, although you have to dig into the service pack files to find it on 2003.
