Question : change lock out period on SBS server for mobile devices

Our SBS 2008 Standard server is locking us out of our Mobile phones after 5 mins. Ist there a way to change this to say 30 mins or an hour?

we are using Nokia e71.

I have been running pandora on my iPhone for a long time.  Although I have unlimited data, I still try to keep someone of a track of what each app uses.  I use pandora at work and on my way home form work everyday.  I am 10 days into my cycle and have only used 100mb.
