Question : How do I activate an Add-In for MS Access 2003?

I have just downloaded and installed MZ-Tools for VBA.  When I go to the Add-In  manager in Access, it's not in the list of available Add-Ins.  How do I activate it?

I've looked at the Access  and MZ-Tools website to no avail.

close access and open again and you will see the tool bar
