I've been in contact with the creator of OpenSMDR and he's been very helpful, but we've got someone in-house who is doing the work for us instead.
I have to mention though that we have bought and installed Advanced PBX Data Logger, but I don't think it's designed to deal with heavy load from two switches and it crashes ALL THE TIME. €85 plus vat wasted!
Another thing worth mentioning though is that on the CR server there is an install of MSSQL Express in our case where it seems to log everything anyway. Of course Avaya won't want to give anyone the schema of this database (and if someone who reads this has that info, PLEASE post it here!).
The first table to look at is in the AvayaSBCCRT database and is called dbo.tblCallList.
