Question : trial version vmware  "there are not enough licenses installed to perform the operation"

I just installed the trial version of vmware server on a 2003 box.
it created a windows machine for me and then this error comes up

what do i do?

Please confirm whether you are using VMware ESX / ESXi as an evaluation edition.
