Question : howto get user mailbox off SBS 2008

I have a new SBS 2008. For various reasons, this server needs to be reinstalled from scratch. I would like to save off one of the Exchange user's email file. Can I do that? If so, where would I find the file?

The simplest way is that in that user's outlook open new data file (.pst) and archive (or copy) contents of users mailbox to that file.
