Question : Two USB Headsets at the same time??
Our small call center went from analog to VOIP this month, but we are having a problem. We used to be able to train a new call agent by having him/her sitting with another agent and listening to the calls as they worked the CRM. This was easy analog with just a headphone jack splitter.
Now, with having to use USB headsets with the X-Lite softphone we cannot figure out how to come up with a solution to do the training we need.
Does anyone know how to allow another person to listen in on what is going on in the audio out of a USB headset?
I am not having much luck with a Google search on it..
