Question : KDC Problems

I have a DC that I have had many issues with but most are fixed.  However there is one that I can't seem to figure out.  I' am getting a KDC error 11.

There are multiple accounts with name MSSQLSvc/kto-acctv.kickapoo.local:1433 of type DS_SERVICE_PRINCIPAL_NAME.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
