Question : Can't access Network Domain from "My Network Place" ---"Entire Network"
Hi All,
I have XP machine which can access Network & all network PC & vice versa. There is no problem to access Network Drive, UNC path or share drive. All is working fine except when I go to "My Network Place"-- - "Entire Network" ---- "Microsoft Windows Network"------“Domain” I can see the “Domain” but can’t access the domain. Not sure why it’s giving error message like:
Domain is not accessible. You might not have permission
My NetBIOS is enable over TCP/IP. All other information is getting from DHCP & DNS. This system is registered in Domain & there is no problem to access it. All working fine. But can’t access Network via:
"My Network Place" - "Entire Network" - "Microsoft Windows Network" - "Domain”
I tried as much as I can & follow the following link: :
http://support.microsoft.c
om/kb/3180
30/
http://support.microsoft.c
om/kb/9136

But doesn’t help. Several time I reconnect to Domain from system properties "Computer Name" --"Change" this doesn't help either.
Thanks in Advance.
