Question : how i export from asp pasge inter phon numbers to excell

i export a table to excell i use regular asp (vbs) if i export phone with aria code like 02-222-2222
i dont have any problem but if i try to export  a number with an internationla eria code like
+972-2-222-2222 ithe excell refer it like a function
any idia i  need to kep the + befure the numbers
