Question : RDP using SBS 2003
I am having issues with RDP working on a SBS 2003 box.
We have a standard 2 NIC card setup, external and internal nic.
the external nic is connected to the router direct and the internal one to the LAN side switch.
everything is working perfectly.
We can RDP internally to the server
we cant connect externallly into the server. I have checked the router and the correct ip and port is assigned.
When I use canyouseeme.org it cant see port 3389
when I point the router to a w/s and try a canyouseeme, it work ok. Somerthing on the server is stopping the external RDP connection and I cant work it out.
any ideas?
thanks
Answer : RDP using SBS 2003
When you ran the Connect to Email and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW) and got to the firewall section, you needed to specify Remote Desktop as well as OWA and Remote Web Workplace. Do they work?
