Question : Network icon problem in Windows 7

Hi,
    Since past one week i am facing this strange issue with my windows 7.Whenever i do a restart or boot my windows, after logging in, the network icon keeps showing the blue ball for at least two minutes and then it shows that it is connected.I have attached the screen shot here to have a clear picture of my problem.I am having lenovo g550,i have tried uninstalling my both wired/wireless adapters and restarting the services but nothing worked.Thank you

If you have installed anything recently this could affect the start up time for the network to reconnect. It could also be a Windows Update that has changed something. You could try a system restore (if there is one) back to before the problems started. You said it was only a few weeks ago, so there's a chance you'll have an option to restore. Then monitor everything that is updated/installed until the problem reoccurs again.
