Question : interested in location for the CPU power connection for a MSI Motherboard Model KM4M
Hi Everyone;
I am in the process of trying to troubleshoot my main pc which will not post or present BIOS information at startup. One possible cause for this problem as I gather from a previous question is a disconnection between the ATX power supply and the CPU. With this point in mind, could someone give me a location of the CPU power connector on a MSI Motherboard Model KM4M with a VIA chipset of VT8235? A pictorial or graphical illustration would really be helpful here if such information can be found. I did notice when the power button is pressed, the CPU fan does come on, but, I am not sure about the CPU power connector. Are they the same thing or does the CPU and CPU fan use different connectors?
Any feedback or resourceful links given regarding this question will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
George
