Question : blackberry not accessible

my new blackberry has no problem connect to win7.
win7 "my computer" shows "removable storage device".
double click tried to open device then asking "insert removable disk".
you ought to be able to open blackberry as removable storage as usb drive.
any idea to explain why not?
tks

BTW... no problem to use blackberry desktop manager to do sync and other tasks.

Answer : blackberry not accessible

why the system keeps asking you to "insert removable disk"? it is because you can only access the microSD card via "my computer". if you have no microSD card inisde your blackberry, the system will say  "insert removable disk".

What you can access via USB is the content inside microSD, NOT the built-in memory of the blackberry.
