Question : SQL Connection error

I suddenly can't connect to a database that I usually could connect to. This happened after I tried to reset permissions to my user account. It is SQL2008 dev I am using on my dev laptop..Attached is the error message.
Please kindly advise a fix or how to drop that database so I can recreate it..

Can you login using windows authentication and reset your user login, password, and rights. It appears you have no rights, even to select, for this database.
