Question : SQL 2008 does not send email

I have configured a email profile and account in my SQL 2008 server. I did a test email from Database email and I can receive the test email.
Then in SQL agent, I created an operator account which has my email address. Finally, I created a notify operator task in the maintenance plan to send me an email the task is done.
However, when I ran the task, the email does not work. I see the task is completely with success. However, I do not see the email coming into my mailbox.
I checked the database mail logs but it does not tell me if an email has been send by the maintenance plan's notify operator task.
Please help me find why the email does not work in my SQL 2008 server. Thanks.

I found that there is a problem with my email server and outlook rules.
