Question : Exchange 2003 Email Delays

Email sent to our Exchange server from one domain is delayed intermittently. This only occurs with the one email domain. No others are affected. We use the Microsoft Forefront SPAM filter.

Look at the email headers and check to see where the delays are coming from.  The times should be apparent on the header as to when the mail was sent and when it arrived.  Check to see where the obvious delay is.
